Troubleshooting warning 20-22
If you receive a Software update failed warning (20-22), try the following steps:
1. Follow meter instructions as provided:
Power down and try again.
2. If the software update continues to fail, the meter might be out of disk space. Please clear result records.
Note: this action will wipe ALL result data on the device. Please download stored data prior to performing this action.
3. Retry the software update.
4. If the warning persists after steps 1 to 3 have been performed, complete a factory reset.
5. Retry the software update.
6. If the warning persists after a factory reset, contact your Supplier. In the meantime, you can continue to use your analyzer using the existing software version.
