Error: 16-0000 (Internal Error)

Troubleshooting Error 16-0000

  1. Conduct a hard shutdown in the boot-up screen.
  2. Repeat step 1. another 2 times.
  3. Turn the device on again, but this time DO NOT remove your finger from the "ON" button even when the device flashes white and turns on.
  4. Continue to hold down the “ON” button – it may freeze the device on the grey loading bar. If so, continue to hold the “ON” button for 1 minute before finally releasing your finger.
  5. If the main Sentia screen is reached and the error message has disappeared, connect to WiFi and update your software immediately.
  6. If the error message is still present, turn off the device and connect to charge for 2 hours.
  7. After two hours repeat steps 3 to 4, and if possible, also step 5.
  8. If the error persists, contact your Supplier with a detailed description of the problem. Include Device Serial Number and Software Number details.
