Error: 16-0000 (Internal Error)
Troubleshooting Error 16-0000
- Conduct a hard shutdown in the boot-up screen.

- Repeat step 1. another 2 times.
- Turn the device on again, but this time DO NOT remove your finger from the "ON" button even when the device flashes white and turns on.
- Continue to hold down the “ON” button – it may freeze the device on the grey loading bar. If so, continue to hold the “ON” button for 1 minute before finally releasing your finger.
- If the main Sentia screen is reached and the error message has disappeared, connect to WiFi and update your software immediately.
- If the error message is still present, turn off the device and connect to charge for 2 hours.
- After two hours repeat steps 3 to 4, and if possible, also step 5.
- If the error persists, contact your Supplier with a detailed description of the problem. Include Device Serial Number and Software Number details.
