      Error: 70-12 (Temperature Error)

      Troubleshooting error 70-12

      1. Remove the device from charge if it is connected to power.
      2. Ensure that the ambient temperature of the device is between 10°C and 30°C (50°F to 86°F). You may need time for the device temperature to stabilize.
      3. If the error persists, contact your Supplier with a detailed description of the problem. Include Device Serial Number and Software Number details.
