How to troubleshoot Pulse content issues (for customers with private registration access)
On occasion, the Pulse platform will not correctly display a full private content to customers who should have access to it.
If you incur this issue, please follow the below steps to resolve:
1. Sign out from the Pulse homepage via the link located on the top right-hand side of your screen.
2. Once signed out, proceed to sign back in from the browser page that presents.
3. If you still can't see private content (and you're entitled to it), contact us via the Contact us link.
