How to conduct a hard shutdown

A step-by-step guide to completing a hard shutdown on your Sentia™ device

1. Turn on the device and do not connect it to power.
2. Hold the off button until the screen goes black (approximately 10-20 seconds).
   Note: ignore the prompt “Power Down?” from the device to shut down the device (do not press the tick, keep holding down the off button).
3. When the screen goes black, release your finger from the on/off button.
4. You may now turn it on again.
