Troubleshooting 70-09
- Connect the device to a strong Wi-Fi signal by navigating to Settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi Settings.

- Navigate back to the Enter Strip Index # screen and try to enter the strip index number again.

- If the error persists, ensure you are entering the strip index number on the strip, and not the strip lot number on the strip carton. Follow step one and two again, connecting to a different Wi-Fi signal. Tip: often iPhone hot spots work well if your office or home Wi-Fi is not connecting.

- If the error still persists, please contact your Supplier. Ensure you supply a detailed description of the problem including the vial lot and/or index number that is unable to be registered.
