      Troubleshooting error 30-04

      1. Test a different variety to the wine producing the error.
      2. If the error does not appear on another variety, there is likely an abnormal component of the original wine that means it does not identify with a typical wine matrix. For example, extreme high SO2 levels.
      3. If the error continues to appear even with another wine varietal, contact your Supplier. Ensure you supply the details of the wine that had caused the issues, and any other details surrounding when the error appears, and on what method(s).
