Troubleshooting warning 20-24
If your Sentia™ meter cannot retrieve new strip calibration data, try the following steps:
- Follow meter instructions as provided:
- Connect to WiFi to update.
- If already connected to Wi-Fi, reset this connection by turning the Wi-Fi off and then on again (make sure to select
when toggling between on/off options).
- The Wi-Fi cycle triggers a connection to the UBI calibration website.
- Restart the test and re-enter the strip index number.
- If the error persists, contact your Supplier.
Note: If the Sentia meter gets stuck on a 20-24 warning, try removing the device's end cap. This can fix the issue by forcing the meter to push through a new error message (70-20). Firmly re-install the end cap once the desired 70-20 error triggered.
