Troubleshooting warning 20-09
If your Sentia™ meter is not reading a new strip index number, try the following steps:
1. Follow meter instructions as provided:
Check vial # and expiry and try again. If a new vial, connect to WiFi for calibration data.
2. If already connected to Wi-Fi, reset this connection by turning the Wi-Fi off and then on again (make sure to select when toggling between on/off options). The Wi-Fi cycle triggers a connection to the UBI calibration website.
3. Restart the test and re-enter the new strip index number.
4. If the error persists, a software reinstallation step may be required. Contact your Supplier.
