New Index Number Needed for Running Acetic Acid Strips (Lot 407854)
Effective 12:00 PM AEST on March 6, 2025, the index number for acetic acid batch 407854 will be updated from A-52654 to A-47389 on our calibration website. This change is being made to resolve an internal numbering duplication issue.
Please note that this update does not affect the product quality, performance, or expiration date of the strips. It is strictly an administrative update and does not involve any change to the strips themselves.
Action Required by Customers:
Customers using Sentia acetic acid strips from Lot 407854 must now enter the new index number (A-47389) to continue using this strip lot smoothly.
Failure to update the index number after March 6 may result in one of the following errors:
⚠ Warning 20-09: "Index not found" – If the old index is entered after the update.
OR
⚠ Error 30-05: "Calibration data not found" – If the device is connected to Wi-Fi, has registered the update, but the old index is still selected.
